Milan president Silvio Berlusconi insists that he continues to chase Barcelona star Ronaldinho despite the Catalan club refusing to indulge.
Barcelona heve been very strong against any reports linking the Brazilian with a move away from Camp Nou.
Vice president Ferran Soriano was forceful today in refuting rumours once again
"The situation is simple – we don’t want to sell this player and he doesn’t want to move,” he told BBC Sport.
“I think that he will be at Barcelona until the end of his career and he’s getting better with every day.
“After four years at the top level he was exhausted this summer, but after a holiday our Coach and staff say that he is back at the top level.”
That, however, does not seem to have had an impact on Berlusconi.
“I’m happy with the men we have and they did their talking on the pitch in the Ukraine.
"But if Barca were willing to sell Ronaldinho…”
There have been muted suggestions coming out of the Barcelona camp that the club may be ready to sell the Brazilian next summer.
